We will teach the key communication tactics and skills needed to develop relationships and loyalty with architects to get specified, and with tile contractors to honor the specification. Finally, we will provide the strategies to tracking a specification in a way that will help ensure that you Make the Sale.
The course’s content is based upon many years of successful architectural sales by expert tile and stone sales professionals Donato Pompo and Vince Moiso that have sold many high-profile projects around the country.
Donato has 17 years’ experience as a tile and stone distributor where he was an architectural rep and a sales manager. He was a national sales manager at Laticrete International for 7 years where he had a team of architectural sales reps that he managed. He successfully specified and sold many large projects over the years, and the key to his success was being a knowledgeable and reliable consultant to the design communities.
Vince has over 20 years as a sales manager in the tile and stone industry where he focused on architectural sales, and he and his team specified their products and sold them around the country. Vince is currently the president of Oceanside Glass & Tile Company and oversees their architectural department among all of his other responsibilities.
Vince and Donato have taken years of their experience and collaborated in developing the UofCTS Online course. They will be the presenters at this live classroom training opportunity at Coverings 2023.
